The property was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and attentive staff. The atmosphere created was family. I enjoyed convenient placing of a safe, multi-channel television, and a seating area in the suite. The bathroom had a bath, which was great😃

Everything was great, the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and the location was favourable! Location: the hotel was really close to The Market. The room was quiet and had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Lots of great food, we loved it.

We loved the luxurious amenities at this hotel. The Spa & wellness center was a perfect way to relax after a long day exploring the city. The sauna and infinity pool were amazing, with comfortable sun loungers and a gorgeous poolside snack bar. The hotel's restaurant and bar were also fantastic, with delicious food and drink options. In addition, the private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience.
We experienced a minor issue with the check-in process, which was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, which made up for the issue.
